- I chose Liz as my coach as when I heard her speak at an event; her words drew me in. Her genuine desire to help others transform their lives and the experiences she shared determined that she was the right coach for me. This boat, which was sailing in a circle without direction, has now discovered her compass under the guiding light of Liz. She has fully transformed my view of what can be achieved and I am now successfully taking steps to live the life that I only before dreamed of. - I am a working mum and prior to working with Liz I felt that I was constantly rushing around and never enjoying the moments I was in. I would spend time thinking about what I needed to do tomorrow and worrying about what I didn’t do yesterday. - Before working with Liz I was questioning my work / life balance quite a lot, and often getting overwhelmed with the amount of things I had to do and the small amount of time I had available. I felt like I was on a constant treadmill that I had no control over. I have worked with Liz, mainly through Carpe Diem – she provides videos, interactive support and target setting. Liz has enabled me to clearly map out my time, following a daily schedule that also maps out free time and family time. Since working with Liz I have become more organised and back in control of my daily and weekly lifestyle. Just by spending time thinking about some fairly small and subtle changes I feel empowered, even more positive and more organised.
